Stop Payments

Online Banking users can stop payments online by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. From the menu at the top, select “Other Services.”
  3. From the menu on the left, select “Stop Payment.”
  4. From the drop down menu, select the appropriate account.
  5. Complete the check details and reason for the stop payment.
  6. Select “Proceed.”
  7. Review the “Notice of Fee” associated with the request, and if you agree, select “Accept Fee & Complete.”
