Check Ordering

Personal Online Banking users can order checks online by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. From the menu at the top, select “Other Services.”
  3. From the menu on the left, select “Reorder Checks.”
  4. From the “Account” drop down menu, select the account for which you need to order checks.
  5. Provide the appropriate check number.
  6. Choose the number of boxes you would like to order (150 checks per box).
  7. Select “Proceed” and verify your order.
  8. Write down or print your confirmation number.

CapStone Bank will receive notification of your order and will verify your information before placing your order. Your checks should arrive in 7-10 business days from the date the Bank orders your checks

Checks also may be ordered via phone by calling your local branch.

To initiate an address change on checks, a change of address form must be completed before new checks can be ordered. Download the change of address form.
