Check Ordering
Personal Online Banking users can order checks online by following these steps:
- Log in to Online Banking.
- From the menu at the top, select “Other Services.”
- From the menu on the left, select “Reorder Checks.”
- From the “Account” drop down menu, select the account for which you need to order checks.
- Provide the appropriate check number.
- Choose the number of boxes you would like to order (150 checks per box).
- Select “Proceed” and verify your order.
- Write down or print your confirmation number.
CapStone Bank will receive notification of your order and will verify your information before placing your order. Your checks should arrive in 7-10 business days from the date the Bank orders your checks
Checks also may be ordered via phone by calling your local branch.
To initiate an address change on checks, a change of address form must be completed before new checks can be ordered. Download the change of address form.
