Online Banking and Bill Pay

Easy management of your accounts is just a few clicks away with Online Banking. This service is available for every CapStone Bank checking and money market account at no charge. With Online Banking, you can:

  • View account balances
  • Transfer funds between CapStone Bank accounts
  • Research account activity
  • View check images (front and back)
  • Download information into QuickBooks®
  • Process Treasury, Tax, and Loan (TT&L) Payments

Plus, you can customize your Online Banking by adding these specialized features:*

  • Originate Automated Clearing House (ACH) items
  • Originate domestic and international wire transfers
  • Create currency and check orders
  • Initiate stop payments

Bill Pay can save you time and money, including postage costs, by allowing you to conveniently pay bills and set up recurring payments online.

Mobile Banking

Enjoy on-the-go account access with Mobile Banking. You can view account balances, transfer money between accounts, and pay bills—all from your mobile device. (Service provider fees may apply. Available to legacy CapStone Bank customers on May 14, 2013.) 

E–Statements

E-Statements are available immediately after the close of your statement cycle through our secure website. An email will alert you when your statement is available to view and download each month, including electronic check images, making this an environmentally-friendly choice.

If e-statements are not for you, paper statements are available and are mailed to your account address including check images for easy recordkeeping and document storage.

Debit Cards

We offer the convenience of MasterCard® business check cards to make business purchases simpler, faster, and easier to track than checks or cash, without the expense of credit card interest. The CapStone business debit card is welcome wherever MasterCard is accepted.

Merchant Services and E-Commerce

Make credit card processing easier than ever with CapStone’s Merchant Services. Our dedicated service partner helps set up your account and provide ongoing maintenance support. E-Commerce and virtual credit card processing provide real-time reporting, recurring billing, fraud filters, and batch upload through use of a Payment Card Industry (PCI) Secure Payment Gateway.
