ACH Origination

This two-day electronic transfer service can save time and money when you make payments or collect receivables electronically.

Lockbox Services

If your business collects recurring or large-dollar payments, our lockbox services can provide a central mailing location, bookkeeping, and reporting for faster processing time, along with improved efficiencies and controls for your accounting function.

Positive Pay

To significantly reduce the risk of financial loss, Positive Pay allows your business to work together with CapStone to detect and prevent check and ACH fraud. This verification process allows you to quickly review questionable items and instruct us on which to pay or return to the depositing institution.

How does Positive Pay work?

  1. Each time your business issues a check, simply upload the check information (account number, check number, dollar amount, and issue date) to CapStone’s system via Online Banking. This upload can be done manually or through your accounting software.
     
  2. From this information, CapStone creates a database of valid checks. When checks and ACH items come in to clear against your account, CapStone compares these items to those your company has issued.
     
  3. A report is provided to you each morning with any checks or ACH transactions that are attempting to clear your account, but do not match what you have uploaded through Online Banking. Your company has until 10:00 a.m. to review and research any discrepancies and instruct Capstone on which items to pay and which to return.

Remote Deposit

When depositing checks, get online—not in line. Remote Deposit provides a convenient way to make check deposits right from your desk. Using a Remote Deposit scanner, deposit checks any time day or night from the convenience of your office. All you need is a computer, the CapStone-provided scanner, and a high-speed Internet connection. Plus, remote deposits made before 5 p.m. Monday - Friday will receive same-day credit.

Repurchase Sweep Option

Available exclusively for business checking accounts, the Repurchase Sweep Option allows you to earn interest on your daily account balance. A sweep automatically transfers money from your checking account to an investment account based on your cash flow needs, ensuring you earn the maximum possible return without the concern of overdrafts.

Wire Transfers

For rapid, same-day electronic transfer of funds, we can efficiently handle your wire transfer needs, both domestic and international.

Zero Balance Account (ZBA)

Our ZBA can improve cash flow by consolidating your funds into a "main" checking account linked to one or more "subsidiary" accounts. By automatically moving funds between accounts as needed, the ZBA can save time while helping you avoid accidental overdrafts.
